Welcome to Nursing Nola Babes!
I'm so glad you're here!
"Breastfeeding is not easy, but it doesn't have to be hard."
ABOUT ME
I started my career as a NICU nurse 10 years ago. Then I became a mom. I always knew I wanted to breastfeed my babies and I will admit, I had a very hard time with my first. We worked through our struggles with a tongue tie and continued our breastfeeding journey for 18 months. Nine months into the breastfeeding journey with my first, I found out I was pregnant with my second. I continued breastfeeding my oldest until the day before her sister was born. Then I breastfed her sister for 18 months.
Now I’m five months into my breastfeeding journey with baby number three and I’ve decided to take a step back from bedside nursing and put my certified lactation counselor (CLC) credentials to use by devoting my time to helping moms enjoy and succeed at breastfeeding!
I am so excited you are here and cannot wait to work with you to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals!
I love to combine my NICU skills and knowledge to help moms have and babies have a happy and healthy breastfeeding journey. My priority is always a healthy growing baby.
Every baby and breastfeeding experience is different. Whether it's your first baby or your fourth, if you are having issues with breastfeeding, or even just need reassurance, I am here to help!
